There is one suby dealership in Edmonton right now.
But there is another one being built on the Southside, but same owners.
I think WRX owners are paying aorund 39,000ish.

WHAT!!! 39ish, u must mean uncluding GST cause it is $34995 of the subaru canada website. i talked to Subaru of Calgary and that is what they are asking for but i think that they will negotiate a bit. for some reason it seem like the boys out on the east side (ontario) are getting better deals that us, i wonder if its because there selling alot more out there?

Centaur in Calgary didn't seem very flexible, but as a gesture they were willing to consider taking off the RE-92's and putting on snows for an extra $150 total. I backed away cause I think it's overpriced. If we in Alberta buy it in B.C but register it in Ab., do we pay BC PST? I was thinking of putting it out to bid by fax or email - and let them know they have to compete to get my business.

You would not have to pay BC PST.
Keep in mind that Centaur is a much smaller dealership, by sales volume.
Subaru City's WRX price is MSRP plus applicable fees wh/ should never be paid by the customer. Those "fees" should be the dealership's costs of doing business. I can't get away w/ charging my customers extra charges. Subaru City's cost for buying the WRX from SOC is about $32 & a quarter. Just FYI. Somewhere in between that & MSRP is a reasonable amount, which they seem to be paying out east.
BTW, by sales volume the west is buying more Subaru's than the east - investors quarterly report.
