Heya mate - try posting the log in the RomRaider forums, theyhavesome good opensource tuners there who will generally help and give direction if something is up with your log

That thing looks fast! From 50-100mph in 5sec?

His IAM is 1 which is fine atleast.

4800-up looks good. You're going to cause damage with the -11 knock feedback before that though.

I don't think so. I think FLKC is masking the knock.

Take a look at timing going from 4731->4899 rpm. It drops. Then take a look at timing going from 5718->5894 rpm. 14.5 degrees total timing at 7034 rpm seems low to me, even considering the load.

I posted my comments on romraider, but I just want to add that you can blow your engine with this tune. You should get this fixed as soon as possible.

And double check your rough correction ranges.
