Hey guys, I'm a young guy who ran out and bought a new shiny car and has since realized that it wasn't the best decision I've ever made.

By the end of this year, I'm going to have to leave my awesome graphic design job and move into whatever trash jobs I can find, as I'll run out of night classes at college and have to move to day classes to finish my upper level biology courses. (I'm a full time biology major on top of full time work hehe)

Location: Atlanta, GA

Anyway, I bought the car on July 4th, 2007 I believe. It's a royal blue WRX TR with about 13,000 miles on the odometer at the moment. The only thing I did to it was put in a Pioneer MP3/USB head unit, otherwise it's totally stock.

From the dealer it had the WRX wing on it, a auto-dimming rear view mirror (and compass) and the arm-rest extender. (All dealer installed options)

Oil changed every 3000 miles using recommended synthetic blend.

I have a 5yr/100k warranty, transferable. (Or is it 6yr? I'll have to check!)

If you don't want the warranty, I'll see if I can't get the prorated amount returned to me and we'll deduct that straight off the price of the vehicle.

Blue book value is $20,000, but I'm open to offers.

This is the perfect chance to get an almost-brand new last generation WRX much cheaper than sticker price, complete with a warranty. She's ready to be modded... :P

If you really need pictures, I can go take some here in a bit (lemme give her a wash first, its been a couple of weeks!) but I mean, it's a totally stock blue WRX, not much you haven't already seen =)

How was this car acquired? Cash? Lease? Finance? I am going to pretty much scratch out Lease. The Mods are probably going to request a VIN be posted due to the nature of the sale.

I bought the car new from Subaru of Decatur (Atlanta, GA) with a loan from Chase Manhattan.

That shouldn't matter to the buyer though, should it? I'm responsible for paying the loan within "x" days if I sell the vehicle.

I'm at work, I'll grab the VIN when I go to class.

Last time I sold a car with a lien on it, the buyer was also financing. You get a 15 or 30 day total from the sellers bank (who says "the loan is for 'x' and the total is good for x days), and the buyers financing sends the money to sellers bank. The sellers bank then sends the buyers bank the title.

Not quite sure what to do in my case, where I'm asking less than the loan is for. I'll have to pay the rest, but I'm going to go read that thread and figure out how it works.
