Default Extended warranty

I didn't get it when I bought my TS. Now with 21000 miles and only owning the car for 9 months I'm starting to wonder. They sent me info in the mail yesturday. I can still get 6yr/80000 miles for $824, from SOA. 10 easy payments on credit card.
What do you guys (and gals) think?

You can get the extended warranty anytime before you get to 36,000 miles or 3 years. Try this link for prices on the various options - they seem to be pretty reasonable.

What 'wear and tear' is covered by these plans exactly? Some examples:

* clutch wear?
* seat and carpet wear?
* paint wear?
* break wear?

They claim 'fully covered' in the FAQ but don't bother to elaborate on the statment or what parts fall into the 'wear and tear' category of repairs.

Sure, it sounds good being 'fully covered' but I want to know what is fully covered for wear and tear.
