Default +1 for Tactrix customer service!!!!!on!1e

SO....here's the deal. Saturday night, sitting at whataburger gettin my grub on...tweaking the turbo dynamics for a new EBCS...
i went out to flash the map on the car....battery on the laptop dies.
not the greatest part of town & i wasn't going to let the car sit with keys in the ignition....i take everything back inside, plug in laptop and get this msg "communication has failed. do not turn off the ignition!" (or something to that effect). too effin late for that. my ecu is fooked. the night before i find a service that tactrix offers for DBW ECU recovery ($75.00). i sent it overnight on monday. they got it tuesday. i just got notice that it's already being shipped back to me, with the map of my choice on it.

**CN** i'm dumb, fried ecu, tactrix fixed it quickly. Tactrix CS FTW!
