Ok, well maybe not but here are some pics of my baby's powerplant:

Anyone able to visually identify this as a VF23 or VF24?

It's probably going in tomorrow so I should have my car sometime next week. As you can see the red paint will make an excellent power mod.

Yes, the engine condom is 100% gooseman aluminum protection against being @#$cked by some rocks.

Mike, thats a GREAT line! I'm gonna use that! Maybe I'll have it silkscreened onto each plate!

Currently, they're being sold thru Subaru Lachute www.lac-ss.com (its not on the site yet, call them and ask).

I think theyre selling my GC8 plates for around $150 or so. Give em a call!

Oops, I'm sorry, I neglected to mention that the STi engine came attached and it was the real reason for the 120hp gain.

I finally found out about my turbo. It's a VF24. That means far less lag at the expense of running out of air near the top end.
