+70 hp an it only gained 0.9 sec in the 1/4 mile, that stinks.

I guess the Perrin Pulley should work check with perrin first, also you can remove the cats, and put a full exhaust. Nitrous could be a option if you into that the H6 can handle Nitrous more than our H4's.

you do realize that tribecas are hovering around 4200#, right? takes a lot to move that sucker.

better question why would you want to tune one it would take alot of money and work im not saying it wouldn't be cool to see but i really don't think the ends justify the means so to speak its still a suv but hey thats just me talking.

That cobb B9 is NICE. its too bad they had to supercharge it just to get those minimal improvements in power... I'm sure the gass mileage is quite the suck now

only reason I would ever buy one would be so I can tow my Impreza...

but even then It might take a little more modification than it would be worth to be safe.

edit: I also noticed that it was only the 3.0L ... they now have the 3.6L

wonder how much you could get outa that thing without adding positive manifold preasure...

You might try the Subaru Conversions forum. I think I've seen 2 threads on it, so far, though I might be wrong (they might be other H6's).

a couple years ago a friend of a fried put a subaru H-6 in an old VW Vanagon and turbo'd it. Not sure if it was a tribecca motor.. it was low miliage, under 10K. It was a crazy custom pain in the ass setup but he did a pretty nice job considering ... and it was one fast ****ing Vanagon.. with the pop-up top to boot.

Perrin Performance took the engine out of a Tribeca and put it into their STi, put on a GT35 turbo with some other supporting mods and was able to achieve 440awhp.
