Default I have 5 lights on at same time?!

So my passenger side lowbeams are completely off when I turn my headlights on. My driver's side lights up and both my fogs light up as well.

The weird thing is that both my high beams are on at half capacity when only lows are on. When I switch to high beams, only the driver's side lows and highs are completely on while the passenger side is totally off.

So when I have my lights on, driver's side lows are on plus both high beams at half capacity and fogs are on as well. 1+2+2=5 lights on at once lol wtf?

EDIT: By the way, when the lights are on, my high beam indicator in the cluster is slightly lit but when I turn the high beams on the high beam indicator in the cluster goes off completely.

This just happened today and has never happened before. I'm not sure what is wrong.

Car info:

04 2.5RS, Prolumen HID's and DRL behind glove box is unplugged and taped off.

As little as it helps, sounds like bad insulation / a short. Did you drive through really heavy rain? I'd just check relay after relay and connection after connection, starting with whatever you played with before..

UPDATE: My high beam indicator in the cluster just doesn't turn on now and when I turn my lights on, the lights inside the cabin dims a bit.

Also checked to see if there was power to the high beams on the passenger side and there was power when the headlights were off but no power when the headlights were turned on.
