Thumbs up FS: GT mountain bike

Hey guys, Well I've outgrown my mountain bike I'm 6'2" and this bike is just a tad too small... If anyone is in the market for a bike, this is a perfect bike for you! Its also a great way to get into shape!

1999 GT XCR-4000
I've put on a RockShox Judy 100 fork. I'll include the rebuilt stock rock shox XC-LT..

Bike was about $1000 brand new with judy 100 fork. I'm selling for $500 obo. You can take a test spin if you'd like... PM me or email me!

What are you getting to replace it?

I might be in the market for a new bike soon. Maybe...I don't know.

We still have to go riding sometime! Anytime you want to come down to Fountainhead, let me know.

Yeah...the Trek's are nice bikes. My Y-Bike has held up great. Even though I love my FS rig, around here, it's nice, but you really don't absolutley need it.

If you can afford it, I'd recommend getting the FS. All it's gonna do is give you a smoother ride over whatever you hit. Just make sure you don't sacrifice too much weight.

If being light is top priority, then get the hardtail.

When I had both my hardtail and my Proflex, I only used my proflex for Whitetail. Anything within 30 minutes of here is hardtail terrain.

Of course, things could have changed in my 2 year hiatus from biking. Stupid combination of the real world and a broken knee.

M, which bike store do you work at? I worked at Bikes USA for two years. Yeah, I know - corporate pigs, but it worked for getting cheap parts.
