Default Where to install oil pressure sensor?

Where is the best place to install a oil pressure sensor?? and what additional parts do it need??

I had mine installed by Jerry at Subaru. We put it in the oil galley. My cars oil cooler or whatever would not allow for an oil filter sandwich. If your car can use an oil filter sandwich, that is the most economical way. If you use the oil galley, you will need various 90 degree fittings and extensions. talk to Jerry

+1 for the oil galley. the sandwich plates tend to leak because the bolt tends to loosen a little everytime the filter is taken off. although this can be avoided by using loctite on the bolt when installing the plate

i'll see if i can't get down to subaru and talk to jerry, if not can someone tell me where i can get the fitting, i'm guessing i need an extention fitting with 1/8pt on the side and the top to fit the galley plug, thanks

If you know what you want, AK rubber has all that stuff in town and can make you the hose for much cheaper.
