A tale of 2 sightings One good One bad....

Good: on my way up Hazeltine this morning (afternoon, im a lazy one) on the left hand side in a parking lot was a Silver WRX who seemed to already see me coming... Im only posting this since he seemed more interested in my car then I in his (WRX sightings for me go unclaimed since 80% sadly arent on the board) Silver with a few stickers and someone driving with shoulder length brown hair (i couldn't tell if it was a guy with a carrot top style do or a girl so i dont wanna offend) Gave em the 'Hang Loose' Sign and drove off with the grilfriend.....

Now BAD:

Let me preface this with a little backstory.... I used to live in Santa clarita (think suburbia) Now behind my house lived a bunch of true RICERS... not the cute kind the real silly ones... DOMESTIC RICERS

It was a bunch of brothers and sisters (how many i dont know) Now one owned a Mustang GT,

Not bad you say The other with a pony mustang. Now why are they rice? One has a Full SALEEN body kit (just the kit and it's the GT) while the pony sports an "I wish i was a real COBRA" full cobra kit.... No engine mods only exhausts on the pair......

Their friends Drive an Integra White (all the cars are white) with a full body kit DUAL exhausts a huge GT style wing and a Blue dragon vynal graphic spanning the whole side.... (mind you I beat this car with my RS when stock)....and another drives a relitively stock looking RSX type S in the off white.....

Now I had to go back up to Santa Clarita today for a few moments to pick up some Frozen Pizzas from my Ex-Neighbor who's daughter was selling them for girlscouts or something....(they are YUMMY) so as i pass the street where they all are parked... i see it FLARED TAILLIGHTS...

Oh god i immediately know what kind of car it is and SWEAR i will not drive around to confirm as it would do my heart no good to know that these dolts after talking smack about my car in the past (despite my victories on ALL their cars at LACR save the GT because i refuse to race a 4 vs a 8 and expect to win without boost) have now jumped on the SUBARU bandwagon.... No it cant be, they wouldn't they couldn't it would be such a contradiction.... Theyll probably put a whole STI kit on it and do nothing to the engine except a BOV.... NOOO it CANT BEEEEEE

Well long story short Yeah i drove around, Yeah new white WRX.... Yeah my world has gone to hell....

Nothing is sacred anymore.... Sorry fellas.... I know it hurts.... But the WRX is no longer the Stealth under the radar enthusiast car that it once was....

Ricers have caught on, and I couldn't eat a single pizza from sickness...

Okay end rant mode... Hope these suckers never find the board....

I think theyre in a club.... All the cars are white i've seen a civic around there which is too silly to even explain also white.... i seriously almost cried when i saw the WRX parked there.... i wanted to leave a note like:

"So like JOCKING my brand now that it's popular?"

It's not like i didn't live a BLOCK away for years... and spent half the time at my friends house 2 doors down.... you guys should have heard the stuff they said about my car.... Oohh it would make you guys REAL mad....

They were all Honda/Acura Mustang....let it sufuce to say they didn't see subaru as a "Real" car company... hell they didn't even believe it was japanese until the VIN plate in the engine bay prooved them wrong on that one....

So sad.... im hurt.... but I still hope that that Silver one is on the board like I suspect... He seemed like an Enthusiast....It would make me feel better about my day.
