Default 2008 100 Acre Wood Rally, aka sno drift 2.0

Well here in Missouri we got quite a bit of sleet and rain that eventually froze on top of the sleet and then a light bit of snow this week, so this made for a pretty cool rally to see this here at the 100 Acre Wood Rally.

I have lots of pictures and my brother and I got video from both sides of our Marshal point so I'm going to try and make a single video with the footage we got from Friday and hopefully during the Saturday when we're at the spectating points.

Once again I was placed at a fast sweeping corner and the drivers definitely didn't hold back and provided some awesome fun for the day, so here are a few of the pics that i've uploaded, I'll be adding more after I get them all onto photobucket, most likely sometime this weekend or at the beginning of the week, so here are a few from Stage 2 marshal pt 5.

oh yea it was definitely awesome, this is my third time going/working at the 100 AW rally, im loading more pics up now it's kinda boring to see the same place where the pics are taken, but obviously at a rally you're very limited on where you can go lol, so i'll post some from back at the night check in and some from the spectator's point C Stage 5 from Today!

these are all taken on point and shoot digital cams but i think they did a decent job, all the pics are about 1.3 to 2.3 megs (depending on the camera) so they are definitely a lot bigger than i have shown, i may get some in photoshop and crop them down to their focus

I was told that turn was marked don't cut in the book and should have been roped off both days. It was discussed Friday night, but when I drove through on Saturday the cut had remained.

Really?

That's the way we drove it on recce, and since it was a L2 I figured that was the route. I thought the "don't cut" referred to the very large ditch inside the road. Heck, even if it had been roped off I would have taken the shortcut.

Any pics of the backmarkers? Specifically car 687?

of course emils I have pics of every single car that came past stage 2 marshal pt 5

most of these are coming off of 2 meg pics so the original files are pretty big, so if you know a driver that was in it and wants the orignal pics i can e-mail them out

they raced for me, the least i can do is send them some driving pics of them!
for the rally racers!

hopefully my video will be awesome as well, i have video of every car that came by that stage and most of the cars i have dual video (one on either side) so hopefully when i get the files from my brother i'll have a nice video put together... until then here's a video of a guy who i think is local to me that made a great video with some interviews and some fun stuff...
