Default Help won't run!!

OK, first a little back ground, 96 Impreza 1.8, hit a deer, bent the cam sprocket and damaged the cam sensor(not to mention all the other damage) replaced the cam sensor and tweaked the sprocket back to not noticeable wobble, the car ran perfect. Couple of months later the car develops a noise, sounds like a possible exhaust leak, not really noticeable in feel. The next day I left for work and the car sounded and felt very rough. Later I had my son turn the engine over and the cam sprocket had a wobble in it (must have relaxed into the bend), replaced the sprocket with a new one from the dealer, and a new timing belt. Now the car does not run at all, the things I have covered are: The old and new sprockets are exactly the same in every way, the timing belt is installed absolutely correct (not my first one by any means), replaced the cam sensor because I had another, It is getting spark, It is getting good fuel, new plugs (also had them), and no engine codes. It does sound like it would occasionally very weakly hit and want to crank, but not good enough. What next??

OK, I have 150,165,172 and 150 PSI on the cylinder pressure, I have spark (Really good), Plenty of fuel, new timming belt (done correctly and is right), new cam sensor, new cam sprocket. Had an alsmost exhaust leak sound (nothing looks like it was leaking) and no CELs. HMMMMMMMMM.
