Default Cosworth Cams

Any one fimilar with tuning the avcs system using the costworth EJ25 avcs cams? Cosworth info:
# Intake camshaft duration "278" deg.
# Intake camshaft lift 10.7mm
# Exhaust camshaft duration "274" deg.
# Exhaust camshaft lift 10.0mm

When I get my motor back from the builder these will be in the heads and I don't want to run into any issues so I would like to know what other tuners are running for advance with these cams.

try the guys in puerto rico, i believe several of them are running those. they would probably help you out.

you should be alright because the cosworth cams have 8degrees of retard ground into them specifically so no one will have a problem with them.I have had this discussion with phil from element extensively.
