Default I have 2 problems with my WRX plz help!

1.have a 06 WRX and here latley the cars' engine temp gauge goes up to hot but when you start driving it will go back to normal...

2. Also my horn and hazards do not work, so i checked the fuse it was blown so i changed it and it keeps blowing over and over when i use the horn.

Does anyone have any suggestions to these problems....Thank you for your time.....

since the temp goes back to normal when you drive it sounds more like an airflow issue over the rad than a coolant level / circulation issue

add to that your other electrical issues and I would think it's most likely the fan is not running - check the fan fuse(s) too

Yeah im thinking the same thing now that u mentioned the fan issue it just makes since you know, what can be causing these fuses to blow all of a sudden think a wire is grounding out somewhere or something!
