Hey guys I did some searching and come up with nothing. Is there any way to increase the baud rate of the ecu rom? I am beta testing sti scan and the baud rate is 4800 and it is not enough for my tuning needs. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Try posting this on the RomRaider forums. Someone over there had SSM "overclocked" to 9600 a year or so ago. I don't remember the details, but it wouldn't hurt to ask if there has been any progress with it in the meantime.

IIRC, it interfered with the flashing.

So there is no way to increase the baud rate?

I just need to increase the baud rate of sti scan. I went and data logged last night and it only takes a reading every 0.8 seconds or so.

OP, how many parameters are you logging?
Log only what you need for the task you want check. Depending upon what I am doing, my logging interval is between 150 to 230 milliseconds. |
