Default I finally got a chance to drive a Sprinter.

Seriously, Tom was right. These things are badass.

3.0 CRD is sweet
Steering is tight
Ride like a Cadillac
Standing room in the back

I like it.

You have to actually be trying to upset it to roll it over.

If you start whipping the wheel back and forth in time with the suspension sway, that's bad juju. If you drive it normally, you'll be fine.

They have an extremely low center of gravity, so you would have to try to make it roll.

So, come to find out, the manager who previously hated these trucks and thought they were way too small loves it. Maybe we'll start getting rid of the goofy-ass 15' cabovers that get less than 10mpg and get stuck when you look at them crosseyed.

God I love being right.

I'm trying to convince the managers in my parts department to buy a couple Ford Transits when they come out... (there isn't a Dodge in our dealer group, but some other parts drivers have the Sprinters and I get to see them up close quite often)

Right now, we use Chevy box-trucks which are a bit overkill most of the time for what we do, and SUCK going up in the snow
