Default is my turbo toast?

when stopped in traffic, i can smell something burning. so i pop the hood after the engine is warmed up, leave the engine running, and there is visible white smoke coming up from the turbo area. checked underneath the car, and it looks like i got something oily dripping down the side of my downpipe.

just had my 90k service done about 1200 miles ago at the dealership.

hoping it's just a gasket problem...don't seem to be having any power delivery issues

maddad high flow downpipe v1
gutted oem uppipe
stock turbo
