Default Formula shell syntheric oil or regular w/additive.

I been putting regular oil on my car since then. Is it bad or gonna hurt my car if I started using synthetic oil on it. car has about 94k on it.

Generally not. Although if there's a build-up of sludge, the synthetic may wash it away and you could have leaks. A high mileage oil is a good idea in your case or a treatment of
Auto-RX before the switch.
