Call them. That will be your best bet.
But to try to answer your questions, as far as I know, they both effect the mid/high end of the power band. The differences being just as the names imply; the mild grind will give a little less of a gain, but will run consistently with no other work. The hot grind will give you the best gain possible, but the idle will be a bit "lumpier" and you will have to raise your idle to avoid CEL's and stalling. When I get around to having mine done, I'm going for the hot. I'd rather get everything I can and take my chances with a lumpier idle. As far as price goes, I think it's like $95 per cam. |

$95 per cam? i never realized it was that cheap. awesome
well i was told the 500 grind or whatever gives a much quicker response off the line aka putting all the power in 2-4k rpms and the higher grind throws all the power to 4-7k |

Delta has 2 grinds for use SOHC guys. The 148 grind and the 2000 grind. 148 gives more low end/mid power with no idle problem, while the 2000 grind give mid/upper power. The 2000 grind does cause a lumpy idle and you'll need to adjust the idle speed in the ECU for those or you'll get a CEL or car that will just die. When I got mine done, cost me $203.70. See the attached link for more info on the Delta cams.
