Illegal in California, don't know about your state. I say don't take the front bumper off to put this on. Once you take the front bumper off your bound to break a tab or two. Is it really worth it to take a chance of your bumper not fitting exactly the same as stock all for a license delete plate ?

i have a custom subiesport front plate delete.. all we had to do was drill 2 tiny holes into the front bumper where the plate needs to go.. then just screwed it on. it took less than 2 minutes. i dont see why you would need to remove the bumper
