So since I'm helping with tech and all that, what time should I be out there tomorrow?

Okay, a few last-minute things.

Bundle up, the morning will be cold, and if it's windy, yeah, cold and dusty. Also, sunscreen. I got facial burn today.

And, the course is great. Should be fast, challenging, fun.

It was a lot of fun out there, and yes, glad I do have a skidplate and glad I decided to take it easy. Which of course, got me last place in 4W Modified. I'm fine with that since it was my very last event with the LGT.

Every run, I was upset at how little control I had. Lines? Hah! I just tried to get through the course without messing up too much. Worked for a while.

I did love the 180's. Aside from the "jump", they were the best part. I need some real diffs.

Props for rolling the "dub" out there. There were some interesting cars to watch.

I had a great time, wish i woulda known about the lug nut rule, but rules are rules. I still had a BLAST. At least i wasn't the only one who failed, then i probably would have felt even worse. (no offense to the other one who failed). Thanks for the offer to co drive Becca but i really didn't feel good enough to do it, if i was gonna beat on a car, it was gonna be my own.
I took a bunch of pics and video, alot of the pix are the same as hopes but ive got a few good ones that ill post in the pic thread...

i was missing 2 lugnuts due to the tire changer guy crossthreading them, i just never put them back on they were so bad. Then one stud on the front broke, i was able to get 2-3 good turns on it, but not enough to pass tech I woulda just ran the other two on cross threading be damned, Im getting new hubs(w/rear disc's )/bearings/studs soon so i could live with them as long as they were on, but the busted one did me in...

rules to keep in mind for rally cross.

No broken/loose bumpers, trim or other parts of the car.
Wheels must be secure, that means all studs/lugs must be there, no loose wheel bearings.

of course there are more rules then that but those ones can very likely cause you to sit the race out.
