you probably would have gotten red flagged as very likely it would have come off while your car was on course. since its already cracked all the way across the front combined with your car sitting so low...

it would be up to the tech to pass it. Its not hanging but very likely to break off.

I want to strongly urge everyone who was racing to promptly clean/replace your air filter.

Yeah, I took mine out today, cleaned it, and put the OEM filter in for the rest of dusty breakup time.

I won't be trying to get my beater together the morning of the event next time. Swapping a tranny the night before a race sucks, I'm glad I had help...too bad I was late getting there and had to be a spectator instead.

Next time I'll have be ready and have the car a little more sorted out too.

Who were the sponsors of this race? Continental Subaru, SCCA, who else?

Default Eurojax, check your PM box too!

I can answer this one...

The only sponsor of the March Madness RallyCross, our Inaugural 2008 Rallycross, was the Sports Car Club of America, Arctic Alaska Region, which is the sanctioning body for the event.

Thank you for asking! Does this mean that you are working on your "rockumentary" aka RallyCross Documentary or is that for the "rocks" on course? I'm looking forward to enjoying your efforts at the Palmer Dakar!

yes it was SCCA, Derek generously brought out giveaways and certificates for the participants, winners and workers!!

Conti Subaru is a sponsor for the Solo program, who knows maybe they will take on the RallyX portion as well this year!!!!

i'm so hooked! i'm doing some serious research on what to do to my car to steady it for more rallyx!!!

ya sorry, wasn't sure on how that worked. Was thinking about bringing some freebies for everyone who worked the event. I have tons of stuff now that I get promo items.
