Default Will this work?

i know this has been covered before, but the search is never specific enough because people start arguing about other things

i want to get Ebay borla replicas, i know the 2006 2.5i wont bolt right up

what about a 2004 WRX turboback exhaust (obviously i wont have a turbo/downpipe) but will i just botl up the midpipe to the headers? will that fit?

With modification it will. You will need UEL headers, MY05 or older cat section and if you want a turbo back exhaust it will have to be modified to bolt up.

you need to check the diameter of the mid pipe then find a after market exhast that is the same size diameter so that is will fit example a 2.5 mid needs a 2.5 exhast for it to bolt. esiest way is to just go look at exhast sizes and then convert the mm to inches to see if it fits or not there are a ton of free websites that will do the mat for it just plug it into google and see

ok so ill have ebay UEL headers+

I have a full 2004 WRX turboback

and ill just get an aftermarket catback bolted or welded on...

Im going to switch the exhaust completely off the car so i can build it up in my living room before i install it, so it should be a problem, might as well try to get that boxer rumble

You will need either a stock cat or a hi-flow, unless the muffler shop can just make you a test pipe and have no cats but then your exhaust will be stupid loud.
