Post Still getting 448 code

Aliright I fixed the connector next to the canister in the back and replaced the valve back there and Im still getting this damn code. I followed the factory service manual for this code and did all the steps. Im getting continutiy to the ecm back to the wire and It's getting the recommended voltage. Ive reset the ecu with a handheld scanner, a modis, and by pulling the terminal and the light comes back on within miles. Ive also searched this forum and it seems like Im one of the few thats ever gotten this light and the few that ive found didnt help in ideas of fixing it. Im to the point where I dont know wat to do now cause its got to be instpected and it wont pass. So any ideas would be greatly appreciated

have you checked the solenoid to see if it is actually working? you can do this by connecting the green connectors under the dash, then turn the key on & and try blowing thru the solenoid. it should hold then release pressure, if not, the solenoid is bad. if the solenoid works, your best bet may be to take to your local dealer. hope this helps.
