Best Tuners in PA with time to tune...?

Basicly I need some help with the car, and I dont have the experience to do it. It can be anything from driving around till its close, or coming with me to TurboXS and the dyno. The only variables I have are an S-AFC, ITC and FCD. If anyones extremely good at understanding our cars, then we could throw in dynotuning with the nitrious. But neither Mark or myself have much experience in using these items to tune etc. (specially with nitrious)

We have extensive experience with the SAFC and ITC both in Subarus as well as other cars. We are about 2.5 hours from Philli though.

Are the items you mentioned (ITC, SAFC, FCD) hooked up yet or require installation?

Yes, these items are already hooked up. ITC, SAFC and FCD. I am near harrisburg, Pa and would be willing to drive where you are. Would it be best to call you? What number?

I'm suprised that their are no outstanding tunners in carlise considering how many car shows are hosted there.
I use VACmotorsports.com in south philly for bimmer and Ru's
something about watching the owner on speedvision that enstills credibility.
