Default question about cel

question about cel
got a cel while driving home tonight.
steady cel and blinking cruise light

when i got home, i reset the ecu

would the dealer still be able to check the code even though i reset the ecu?
2 mods, boost gauge, spt intake

car seems to be driving fine.

No. You shouldn't have done that reset, by so doing you erased the code from ECU memory. However since that doesn't actually fix anything the code will probably come back, so if the light comes on again DON'T do another reset.
