Default Transmission breather

I posted in the transmission forum about a problem I am having with my gear oil. When I checked recently the oil had bubbles in it, after changing the oil in the transmission and checking the level many times it still has bubbles even after a short drive. The dealer I contacted suggested to change the breather relief valve on the top of the transmission, it's a 6spd.

Has anyone heard of this, I searched but couldn't find anything.

The FSM shows a pressure relief valve located just behind the back up light switch.
