Default How do I tell if my AP v2 is for 2.5l or 2.0l?

In the process of buying an AP v2, but I want to know if there is any visual difference between the 2.5l and the 2.0l? Is the part # (AP-SUB-002) on the back of the unit? It would suck to buy the wrong one

Also, I know that if its unmarried it will ask to select which map, but does it matter if its plugged in the car or not?

Just be careful when ordering. I do not believe there is any visual difference. And yes, it must be plugged into the car.
