do you even need a spring compressor? i've seen 2 guys just push down and screw it in with air tools... thats how i got mine springs installed...

what springs are you putting on? you don't need them on the wrx unless you are putting stock springs back on. If your going lower you may not need them. you should look into it a little more. But if you do i have a set you can borrow. I'm ringwood, nj.

I weigh 150 pounds and I don't need a compressor to do a spring swap..

I bought one from JC Whitney for less than $30 shipped. To answer questions, they were for removing Ions and putting stocks back on my 07 Spec B. Don't think I can compress stocks by hand.
