Default 1 step or 2 steps colder is the question...

I've got an 02 with a vf30 running 21 psi + supporting mods + tune. What plugs are reccomended? / "steps colder"..and what gaps?

I can't remember the part #, but the NGK Iridium 1-step colder plugs are sufficient, and SHOULD be gapped properly already (mine were

These will do just fine, use the same plug.

copper copper copper

your engine will be limited to the amount of timing it can run and will ultimatly make less power. something i read about the firing tip staying hot after it fires and sometimes causing knock/det.

bkr7e gapped to .028 will be your best friends.
