Default Overheating Problems!

Ive had my car for about 2 years now its an 06 Wrx FMIC, Headers,SZ55 u know all the works no problems until now....My car over heats from an idle but when i start driving its goes to perfectly normal heat range, and i have no loss of power now wierd noises or anything just overheats from an idle.....


Any suggestions!!!

I had a similar problem a few years ago with a 2.5 RS.

My problem was a bad radiator and collapsed bottom hose that was blocking flow.

Your problem also sounds like a bad water pump, but it's unlikely in such a new car.

Check to make sure your rad fan is coming on at idle.

Check your radiator fan plugs too.
