Default All my rear brake lights are out

Just noticed it late yesterday...Not sure what's going on? I'm looking for suggestions.

So far I have checked the bulbs, they're OK.

I checked the obvious fuses, OK.

I messed around trying to add a "jumper" wire into the brake switch sensor, hoping "something" would happen, nothing did....Any suggestions to test the sensor??

Is there a relay that could cause this? Which one?

All help is very appreciated!!! I've hit a dead end

I should be able to use a multimeter to test, correct? I tried regardless and didn't read any volts w/ somebody stepping on the brake pedal, while the car was started.

So here's the deal-
The switch is fine, checked it w/ a meter...plus the cruse control shuts off when the brake is applied..

Any more suggestions? Possible relay?
