Default passenger window works intermittently

Ok, so.... my wife hates when she can't roll her window down in my car. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. What needs to be fixed/replaced? Note, I can open/close it w/ no problem from driver side control panel.

wow, never got an answer on this and actually forgot I posted it! Went to search about this and this was the first thread. I read it and was like, "Ok, right on. Someone with the exact same problem." Then I saw I posted it like a month ago!

So, yeah.... I still need help with this. Maybe I should've posted in "electrical/lighting." ???
