Default IC spray not working?

tonight i was just curious to see if my IC spryer was working so i poped the hood and had someone hit the button, it did nto work? any help on what is wrong would be great

to everyone, no i did not hear the motor turn on when i push the button. also for the winter i took the water out almost empty i left 1/4 in the tank now its all unfrozen and filled but will not work.

where are the fuzes that i should check?

I added almost a quart of 70% rubbing alcohol into tank to prevent water from freezing.

dude i just drained mine to like 1/8 or w/e, a lil over so the light wouldnt come on

its either a blown fuse or a burnt out pump. they are cheap and easy to replace
