I was just wondering what is the max boost anyone on the list has ran with the OEM turbo? What is the fuel system's limit? Also, what kind of exhaust is available for the WRX? I also have a turbo charged 240sx but it is in the shop more then being on the road.
I will be picking mine up this thursday. Thanks

well i don't know too much about the limit's of the wrx's turbo but what i've heard was around 18psi max. As for exhaust anything around 2.5 to 3" is great for a turbo.

30psi 110 octane
![]() I highly suggest you pick up "Maximum Boost" by Corkey Bell its the best Turbo book out there and it will save you engine in the long run. It talks about Small/large turbo, heat and all the stuff you wanna know before cranking it up. John |

I have read that book, and I have met him, he is somewhat wacky... You could be talking to him about something and he will give you a completely left-field answer and then shortly after that he will come to his senses and answer your question with total briliance. Things that make you go "hummmm"
But you are not suggesting that the little t25 can pump out 30psi with stock fuel delivery system, are you? |
