Default cobb sf intake with current tune?

I was thinkin of upgrading my silencer deleted stock air box w/kn too the cobb sf intake. http://cobbtuning.com/ Im running the vf34/pinks/walboro/top mount setup with full exhaust and an ecutek tune. I was wonderin if I change the intake would it be too drastic and affect my driveability or would the ecu make the proper adjustments and gain a couple hp's?

stock air box can support what you have on your car.
besides less headaches of rescaling maf after installing cobb sf intake.
