hey guys - i am going to be taking my '02 wrx in for some service soon, and I was curious if it was a good idea/necessary to have a local shop do any type of maintenance/checkup on the turbo. Is it necessary? I do not notice anything wrong/unusual, but then again, I wouldn't know what to look for.
Any information you could provide would be appreciated. Thanks!

nope, just make sure the turbo oil has been changed/checked on a regular basis and you are good to go...
(aka turbo oil = your normal engine oil, there isn't anything you need to do) |
