Default 22T/205 Chamber Match questions

Since the shop I took my 205 heads to for a chamber match ruined them I am thinking about doing the job myself. I didn't want to buy a die grinder and bits so that is why I decided to take it to a shop since it seemed a less expensive option. But they ruined my $1700 heads.

Post in my build thread that shows the carnage : http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show....php?t=2355816

I just purchased a set of JDM 205 heads locally for a good deal and just had them resurfaced. I am considering just using them without chamber matching since I am not looking for a lot of power. I have also read a lot of threads on this forum and have read many opinions on the benefit of chamber matching and I am more inclined to believe that it is a good idea to chamber match. Although some on this site say chamber matching is a crock of ****.

I have access now to a nice DeWalt die grinder so I may just buy some bits and give it a shot.

I was looking at this DIY thread: http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show....php?t=2355816

A few questions though:
What is the minimum deshrouding that I can get away with? Just knock off the sharp edge and call it good? Or just round it off a bit? If I am just knocking off the edge could I just use sanding bits?
Any suggestions as to what bits I should get/need?

Sorry if the answers to these questions are already out there.
