Default black plastic on bumper removal

so i am trying to take this piece off of the bumper in anticipation of my front mount. and clues how to get it off?

as seen in the picture its the part that the license plate is covering.

You have to cut it off, it's part of the bumper.

If you use a dremmel be careful because it gets hot and can warp the plastic, I used a hack saw and went slow....That worked pretty good
