Default stock radiators

Do OEM radiators on subarus have a tendancy to leak from the seal holding the top end tank to the fins? I had at 02 WRX before, and at 40kish miles i had to put a radiator in it. now i have an 04 STi and i'm getting the same problem at 35k miles. 2 out of 2... just a coincedence? I do have terrible luck. I just wondering if anyone else has noticed something like this.
