Question SPO front sway bar question!

I put on the SPO front and rear (adj.) sway bars and WOW,
what a difference!! perfectly balanced with the rear set on the first(softest) hole! But...I could not get the front to mount in the same stock orientation;stock links go up from the suspension, in this configuration the sway bar rubbed the stearing arm/link.I swapped the sway bar around and hooked up with the links going down from the suspension (slightly exposed) seems to work fine...won three scca events...just wondering if this is O.K.
The fine folks at SPO were no help at all on this..Am I the only owner of SPO front and rear sway bars?
