Default audi s80 type "r"

i mean volvo(thanks mr. v8 )
so i was driving down the road the other day, then i saw an volvo that looked kinda funny from the back. oh, it had a body kit or something, at least the rear bumper, and then i looked up, saw it was an s80, looked on the other side of the lic. plate and there was one of those little "r" badges. all i could think was "really? REALLY?? C'MON, for god's sake people". it would have been okay with just the body kit, the type r badge was just too much for me. that's all, carry on oT!

Umm yeah there is an S60R that I know of, but I'm not too sure about an S80R. Was it like a ricer type r badge or something else?

Actually... there is an S80R...

That and reminds me of the cockroach on that Orkin TV commercial. There was some dumbass who threw a hammer at the TV screen because the thought it was real, then wanted Orkin to pay for it.

Yep, probably an S60R. I had lunch with a friend and her brother who I met for the first time just today, and he was driving one. I chatted with him about it, as it looked a little 'ricey' for a Volvo and I thought he had added the kit. He said it was on the showroom floor that way, and the kit was called the 'Autobahn Package'. Pretty good looking car for a volvo... just gotta lose the factory hoops. Looks really good with the big Enkei's here:

I'd rock it, but I'd rip all the badges off, especially the diagonal slash in the grille which I detest, and tint the windows, headlights and tails.
BTW; mid 40s well optioned, $50k loaded.

the only problem with that car is that its a volvo. so its a cushy ride, not a sporty ride. even on the sports setting, it felt like our s80, just more powerful and firm.

actually in retrospect i am not sure that is all that bad. always wanted one just wish it was larger on the inside.
