I just bought a WRX from Fuccillo. Boy did i make a mistake there!! I think they have severly gone down hill since i bought my first car there almost 2 years ago.
I went in negotiated the deal, signed all the contracts (including a financing contract) then they call me back AFTER I have had the car for 2 WEEKs saying they need to work another contract and they need another 1800 down or the intrest rate will go up 3 point. Well after a call from an attorney friend of mine who look over the contract said that I didn't have to rework anything. The finance manager yelled at my friend that they could hire lawyers, and they could spend as much on lawyers as I could. Well, I talked to the guy again and he went off that fine they would just eat $1000 and get the deal done as is, but they never want to do business with me again. Well I will never get my car serviced with them or buy anything from them again, and would advise anyone not to even go near them!!!! They sign contracts and say they SOLD you a car at this, but then when you want to pick up your greenslip they try to change everything and say they need to Rework a contract. I mean especially after I had the car for two weeks. Dirty Deals!! I think they thought they could take advantage of a young girl and "finagle" more money out of me. Ha! Bunch of Crooks! From now on Findaly Subaru for me. I can now see why the salesman I originally bought the car from decided to go to another dealership. When the Sti comes out...I will definately be going elsewhere.

Once you signed the papers, they had no leg to stand on. Let them waste their money on lawyers if they want to... the lawyers will just collect a paycheck for telling them they have no case

Findlay tried that to someone I know too. So they might
not be any better. I think that it could be the individual dealers themselves, trying to get more money for themselves. not always the dealership |
