Exclamation Sorry to cross post, but WRX for $400 over invoice!

Ahh last time post this..but I think u guys can benfit from this. so here it goes...
Garrick and I found a dealer in Victor NY (near rochester) that is charging $400 over invoice for a WRX. No BS. They are the biggest dealer in the country and sell on volume, so they can afford to do this.
Neways... www.vanbortelsubaru.com
Speak with Diana, and tell her that Garrick or I (keith) told u about it. Cancel ur orders at ur dealers charging sticker price!
I feel like a little kid..I want my wrx already

Yep, this ain't no joke. I also bought my RS from them for $400 over without negotiating... basically waltzed right in & said "I'll take that one." I know other club members that have purchased cars from them & have also been happy.

Because I'm getting a wagon, I think that because I got it in so early, I'll get it fairly early. I can see some people waiting for wagons until summer, fall because they waited longer to order.

The coupe...no prob...but they're only making 2000 wagons.

DUUuhhhhhhh the WRX silly!

There are going to be 10K WRX's made, 8000 Sedans and 2000 Wagons.

The way I see it is there's a 4-1 ratio of sedans to wagons being made.

For every 4 Sedans, they have 1 wagon.

The wagons, by far on this board, are the most popular among the surveys, that almost everyone wants one. (Insert D.L. Roth Singing here)

Besides being less expensive, I figure that the wagons are gonna sell better than the Sedans. Therefore, increased demand and Subaru said theyre only making 2000 of them.

That's my take.

Thumbs up

Nah, we won't. I bought my RS in a similar fashion & also got $400 over invoice. They're cool at Van Bortel.

KC, I asked the dealer about this, she said that most people are ordering sedans! I thought that most ppl would be buying wagons, but she said that Garrick was one of the few that ordered wagons. I guess the ppl here who said they wanted a wagon ordered the sedan
