Default World’s most expensive car wax - cleans your car and bank account

Quote:

If you thought that $99 wax you bought from PepBoys was expensive, you probably haven’t heard of Swizöl from Switzerland. Swizöl, who’s been creating carnauba wax since the 1930’s and now provides packages for automakers such as Rolls-Royce and Spyker.
Their new Swissvax is still blended and poured by hand for a very limited number of collectors and enthusiast each year. The top of the line wax comes packaged with a certificate of authenticity and a hand-engraved plaque bearing a serial number along with the owner’s name. So how much will you have to pay to clean your car with Swissvax? $2,750.
That’s right, you can either wipe your Rolls-Royce or Spyker with $2,750, or save $250 and get a brand new Tata Nano.

Their lifetime free refill policy makes it attractive if you own a detail shop, but look at this guy... talk about obsessive

Is this the same carnuba wax that Jeremy Clarkson tried eating when he was 'restoring' an old Rolls Royce Silver Shadow?

...Or you could get a decent paint job every 6 months to a year.

I guess this wax would be worth it on truely priceless autos but otherwise no.

Well.. if they are giving lifetime refills of this stuff, what stops an entire forum from getting together, ponying up the cash for this high end wax, and basically, getting the entire forum supplied with this stuff?
