it's not a good cage for the track man...lots of threads on it. it's more for show.

i'd look at saferides' offering on the autopower cages if you want something for the track.

I'm with spooled on that. The cusco cage is useless for any type of racing. It looks pretty cool, and stiffens the chassis quite a bit, but if you want a cage for safety reasons, go with a Autopower cage

like everyone says.. the cusco cage looks cool because it's bolt-on.. but it's really useless for any type of serious racing.. and i don't recall any track event that requires a roll-rage..

anyways.. there was a guy selling one painted black.. try a search.. =)

Autopower makes a bolt in cage. Trust me, I have one in my car right now It only took about 4 hours to install by myself.

If you are doing any Solo One racing at Mission, they require you at least have a 4-point/rear cage.

I got mine for about $900 (including shipping) I think. The 4-point is only like $500-600

DO NOT BY AUTOPOWER. They maybe safe and sturdy, but that f****r is really heavy. I'd say you'd be adding over 100lbs easy after the install. Go look for one in chromoly. Im sure it wont be difficult.

Momo, you wanna live and be safe on the track, call http://www.cc-racing.com/

they will make you a custom legal cage that is better then any hack tuner company's bolt in garbage.
