not on a 3mm spacer
you definitly should on a 5mm, though some say otherwise, its never bad to be safe
and anything over 5mm definitly longer studs

yeah, just looking at it. my vote is no. That kinda of wheel design is horrible for cars with larger brakes and high natural offset setups.
I tried fitting my Sportmax 962's (http://www.xxrwheels.com/sportmax_962.shtml) once on my 04 STi just to see. No where near working. Not a snowball's chance.
But hey, by all means i'd love to see someone try to fit these Konig ones.
yeah, i liked them too, on my mr2.
no luck i'm sure fitting them on an STi ever.
Well, i've seen them on an STi, but they stuck massively out. Not my idea of street-able.
please let me know if those konigs fit your 04 sti, and if they do fit let us know if they hang out to much , i've been told getting a 40-45mm offset makes the tire come out flush with the fender , and also i heard the 05-and up sti's have larger tire clearance's ?? how so ? and how much more ? i have an 06' sti wondering if the afterburners would hang out on mine as much ??
so runvusofme did you cancel those rims or are you still waiting on them ? if so keep me posted on the fit, i really like the look of those rims , who cares what other people think , besides the less people have them the better i always said lol but keep me posted thanks
I talked to a guy on here that has the 19x8 ET40 set on his. He says the clear fine. I may just go with 19s instead. I'm going to call Konig again on Monday and see if they've test fitted them yet.
I love these rims. And trust me I could care less what others say on here. I know if you don't have Works, Advans, etc you don't 'fit' in around here. LOL. My car, my money, my choice. It's that simple.

I'll let you guys know if I find out anything.
Did you ever get them to fit... I have no interest in doing 19s... 18 is as big as I will go, but I'm just curious...
I never followed through as I'm trying to sell my car. I'm thinking of calling them tomorrow and checking though. I still really like them and may keep my car anyway.
