FS/FT: 2003 350z Track in Chrome Silver, only 8,xxx miles! $22k obo

I have a 2003 350z Track edition in chrome silver. It only has 8,xxx miles! Was mainly used for show, stock carbon fabric seats have less than 1k miles, had sparco seats in it. Rims and tires are brand new, tires only have had 300 miles on them so far. I'm looking for around $23k obo...

Mods are pretty simple...
JWT s1 cams
TurboXS test pipes - less than 500 miles
TurboXS catback - less than 500 miles
Motordyne 5/16 iso spacer - less than 500 miles
Greddy front/side lip spoiler
Rear window spoiler
Trunk lip
19" RacingHart rims in gold wrapped in toyo proxes - less than 500 miles

stuff that comes with the car (there is no turbo on this car)
Greddy electronic boost controller
Greddy turbo timer
Greddy boost and egt gauge

this is all I can think of right now, but I'll be updating...

Bad stuff
That "new mothers" on the side of the car is painted on. and has ricey decals on car
Exhaust rattle can be felt inside as I didn't get the spring for the bolts, but can be easily fixed
Strut bar rubs on hood because of spacer.
Greddy front lip is cracked but can be fixed.

Here are some pics:

Willing to trade for a black track edition 350z with almost as low miles if not than pays a little, or a g35 coupe... will take off rims to make trade more fair... will also consider other trades + cash or trades...
