IC Hardline gunk build up?

Hi,

I took my TMIC off this weekend and noticed a lot of build up in the end of the hard lines attached to the front of the IC?

Looks like white grease? Does anyone know what this could be from?

I have the same. Blow by oil + condensation I think was what I found on nasioc. Not to worry about, though catch can or better yet, a air-oil separator is in both our futures.
